Would have been higher, but this is was typical appliance service. Arrived with only a backpack and no company truck ( not a big deal, but now after the experience I find it unprofessional ) Very nice guy, but I was told service would be done for $88 fee. I am totally cool paying for that. BUT when you pay for a service you expect service. after about 25 minutes, I was told that the washer control board was the fault and that it would not only take months to get the part, but that it was also very expensive. Again, cool with the info, rather pay for a new one then. Then, I had a feeling to ask for a second opinion. The second guy came in and fixed my washer easily and told me that I had either got scammed or that the other guy wasn't experienced enough to know what was going on. I tried to reason with him, and pay for his time because I'm not an a** and wanted to be reasonable, asking for half back since nothing was fixed, but he " couldn't do that." moral of the story, very dissatisfied. wouldn't recommend if the goal is to get your appliance fixed. IF you want to pay for nothing, go ahead.

Appliance Repair | May 2016 | The customer called me on a Tuesday night and by Wednesday morning I was out there with my truck stock parts ready to go. She needed a condenser motor for her fridge, which I carried on my truck and finished the job that same day. Miss Walsworth was taken care of and ready to endure a well maintained fridge. Thank goodness, because a few more days of waiting for a repairman, she would have been left with a bad compressor because a bad condenser fan would result in a over-heated compressor. Compressors are usually more than a new fridge. My service calls are $55. After I quoted Mrs. Walsworth with the repair (in this case it was $180) The $55 service call will be waived. | $55 | Plano, TX |
