Don't anyone ever use Texas Backyard Living fence, gate and stain company. Sent an email the morning they decided to come and then showed up. That is not an appointment. They did a SLOPPY job. Cut the cable. Which means they did not call to find out where the lines were like they are supposed to do. I was working from home and it cost me 2 days. They came back to fix what should have been done right and showed up unannounced again. Did not fix everything. Left a lot of chunks of old concrete from the old gate in the backyard. Poured leftover wet concrete in the backyard and now we have to break it up. Who does that? I docked the balance the 2 days I could not work and they want the money. They got paid way too much as it is. I would actually like a refund. They can come and take the gate back. All of this and not one worked from the lady that sent the email or the owner. Bad business. Beware! Don't use them.
