I had an appointment with these guys today at 3:30pm. My husband and I made special arrangements to be here. They confirmed the appointment and address via email and text multiple times. At 3:45, we called to see if they were still coming. After a runaround, I finally got a text from Jason that he was sorry to have missed me. Confused, I asked him if he came to my door. He said he did and rang the doorbell and knocked and to “check my Ring.” I did and I saw our mailman and no one else. It was clear he had gone to the wrong house. When I let him know and asked if he could turn around and come back this afternoon, he told he couldn’t come back until next week. Wow! Frustrated, I let him him know we were in a time crunch bc our home is pending sale. I had let Jordan and the team know about our situation. Jason said verbatim: “I apologize for my mistake of knocking on the wrong door, but you don’t soundly like someone we want to work with. Good luck on your project.” Wow! I’ve never been treated like this! Horrific customer service. I’m so grateful there are other wonderful structural remediation companies in town that have interpersonal skills. I’m in marketing for a living and when the mistake is on you - you fix it. Period! Customer service, 101, guys. Look it up.
