Nick's Air Service

Unfortunately, I have had the air go out on 2 separate Rental Homes over the past 2 weeks as the temp has been hovering around 100 degrees. Yes, I have a Home Warranty Plan, however... between the time of filing a claim... a contractor of their choice coming out to identify the problem... then IF the Warrant Company covers or not... then the actual repair.... you can be 4-5 days down the road before the cool air starts to flow. Fed up with the home warranty company.... I tried Nicks.... on both occasions.... they were able to be out to inspect AND fix the issue within 24 hours!!! Home Warranty Plans will be cancelled tomorrow morning. Both of Nicks Service Techs were knowledgable, understanding, friendly, efficient. I will NEVER use another A/C company in the Frisco area. They are my AC guys for life.
