Synthetic Turf Experts

I would highly recommend not using Scott for any synthetic turf work. My husband and I paid over $20k for him to install a putting green and turf in our back yard that was a complete disaster. First, he installed the green significantly higher than our house's foundation. Second, he didnt properly prep the drainage for the turf and this has caused our house to flood multiple times because the turf does not drain properly. He is non responsive, refused to repair the issue, and also refused to pay for any damages because he let his liability insurance lapse. The seam work is terrible. Do your own research and discover when Synthetic Turf Experts was founded. It was not 14 years ago like his business profile states. We pursued legal action and won the judgement which he never paid. He claimed bankruptcy and opened under a new name. There are plenty of other reputable turf companies in DFW. Buyer beware!!!

He will tell you literally anything he can to get the job including that he has been doing this longer than anyone in DFW and will warranty anything as long as he is around. Even longer than what the manufacturers will because he "supposedly" has the best relationships with all the manufacturers. Do your own research and discover when Synthetic Turf Experts was founded. It was not 14 years ago like his business profile states. He has ZERO assets tied to himself or the company if something does go wrong and you have to pursue legal action. I pursued legal action and won the judgement but there was nothing to collect. Trust me when I tell you to do your own research. There are plenty of other reputable turf companies in DFW. Buyer beware!!!
