I am a disabled homeowner that needed water heater repair. Randy couldn't offer a quote on the phone but came over without tools or meter, and without opening the unit he quoted $575 to replace elements and thermostats. I had just had 2 other instances of items broken and needing repairs, and when I complained about them in an attempt at a joke and humility, Randy misunderstood me, then insulted me and eventually physically attacked me! He has anger problems and should not be serving people. He would not allow me to apologize or explain from constantly talking over me and then made me angry, too. I turned to verbally telling him what a crook he was. No reason for him to get in my face and bump me, almost knocking me over and asking to punch him. He's dishonest, too. I told him I would call the police and he began making up a story that he was going to tell about me punching him. When I told him we can let the police decide after looking at my door cam, he calmed down and sheepishly left. He's got a real problems that he needs to deal with in a profession manner. Attacking people is not the way to solve disagreements, particularly when they are people in your own community and who you can seriously injure. You also need to listen to the other person in an attempt to resolve issues, not keep flapping your own gums over them. Definitely the worst person I've ever hired in 60 years! He scares me!
