You’re wife asked me for the estimate for the mold remediation and I gave it to her. She then said you’d write up the estimate that night and give it to me the next day. That happened twice. YOU NEVER TOLD ME YOU COULDN'T GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. Quit arguing with customers and get on the same page as your wife! You are outrageous and I’d recommend that NO ONE does business with you. Clearly you both don’t have professional communication skill!

Owner went out to give me an estimate , knowing I was on a time line, I still had to call every day asking for the estimate for my insurance company. Time was of the essence and I’ve yet to receive a written estimate or a return phone call. Even after being told, “ you’ll get it tomorrow”, I’ve still yet to hear from anyone. They wasted an entire week of my time and didn’t have the common courtesy or professionalism to just say they didn’t want to do the work. Highly unreliable, unprofessional people/ company. I would NEVER recommend them. Don’t waste your time.
