My parents who are elderly 89 and 74 hired Deep Sky Pool's after meeting with Tyler. After the 1st week they had consistent issues with keeping the pool clean. The pool was turning green every week. My parents paid cash and a month ahead of time and this company quit without leaving notice after 8 weeks of issues. I called Tyler and he assured me it was a missed understanding and he knew they had paid cash and they would finish the month that was paid ahead and credit 2 months free for the pool turning green due to them not showing up for 3 weeks. They started service again but the pool was never clean. The water was always cloudy at best. After their visits leaves were always left in the pool and never picked up. They didn't vacuum the pool Or did a back wash cleaning the filter. After the month that was paid was completed and A few weeks into the credit They disappeared again without notice leaving the pool to turn green once more. After countless calls And voicemails left to Tyler he never answered or called back to let us know why they left. This company is completely unprofessional irresponsible incompetent and mediocre. I am not a person that typically leaves reviews but due to the nature of what happened with my parents being elderly and not been able to have the resources to write a review for themselves I have taken the time to warn others. This is not how you treat customers Especially after they take so much pride in how they treat their customers on his website...states and I quote: " I strive to provide my customers with excellent services and a professional image! " Sadly my parents didn't get that treatment from the start. And the lack of decency to even call back to say you have quit on a job you were hired and paid to do after you have also offered a credit for a mistake that was never even asked for in the first place and not follow through is unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and hire a true professional. This is low quality work at best mediocre total waste of time effort, and money. In case there's any wondering I have pictures calls and text messages saved as proof. As the saying goes..YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! AVOID! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
