Customer service sucks as well as regular service They never call you back Receptionist ignore you They are not clean They try to get more money out of you Ask them about negative reviews and see if they are honest I’m sure they won’t be.

Liz does not answer the phone when they know they messed up. They will not call back and they leave trash in your property from the half done work and just do sloppy work. They once again never answer your calls and Liz is really nice until you make a complaint them she ignores you as well. I wish I could give it zero stars. They take your money and drop you like a bad habit after. Don’t believe me. Call during their office hours and see if they answer. They will call you back and then dodge you once they know who you are. Companies like this need to be stopped. We work hard for our money. They treat you good in the beginning just to get your money. Then do sloppy junky work with not so knowledgeable workers...

This company works with other companies and what they do is scan their calls so that they can hide from clients. When they have unresolved issues with clients they do not contact you unless it’s out of scope of time in which they have to fix an issue. Then they call after the fact and want you to pay them to come out again. They are a small company so that’s why I liked them at first but their getting money tactics are not welcomed when you try to rip off clients for half done jobs... it’s not fair especially when we’re are in the middle of economical crisis. I do not appreciate being handled this way and I suggest you all change they way that you conduct business. I thought long and hard before writing this review because I have a small business and the last thing I want to do is hurt a small company. You all have to be more professional and address your faults and sometimes bite the bullet when you do not complete or do jobs correctly. I am disappointed at the level of unprofessionalism and I wish that this helps you make better business decisions when satisfying your clients. I had to pay another company to come out.
