Restoration of amazing hinges

I was doing a hard wood floor restoration at an rental. I noticed these amazing hinges on the doors. The owner said they were mine if I replaced them with new ones. Cost 40.00 dollars.

1720's plaster restoration

The whole window from top to bottom was all detattched from the laith. Also the whole right wall. I Re attached it all and stone textured to match.

Custom designed day bed & coffee table

I made the day bed out of cherry and butternut wood. I do not use screws with my furniture only wood joints. The cherry I used biscuits to put in between the butternut throughout. I get all lumber rough cut and plan it to working amazing wood. Really the amazing part is the wood not me. The it's dowel together with hand made dowels, and tension wire. The coffee table was a large live edge cherry slab with a split in it at one end. I trimmed the live edge, router edge, butterfly the split with two purple walnut keys. Dowling the legs that were cedar. The client loved Champy so I carved it into the skirt of the bed.
