Mr. Appliance of Lehi

I contacted Mr. Appliance to fix a dishwasher that leaked intermittently. Long story short, they came out to my house 5 times and couldn't fix it. This wasn't the worst repair company I've ever worked with, this is the worst experience in commerce I have ever had. I told them I didn't want them to come out a sixth time and I wanted a refund, Clint accused me of "tampering" with their repair. Due to the general attitude of Clint and having my integrity questioned, I filed a chargeback on my card. Clint would later accuse me of trying to get a free repair. Despite how enjoyable he was on the phone (sarcasm) I had to ask Mr. Appliance national dispatch to tell him to please never call me again. As I couldn't continue to let water sit on my hardwood I ended up having to purchase a new dishwasher ($550). I have documentation from the RC Willey install/disposal guys that they removed the dishwasher, thus making me the dumbest "fraudster" ever. I want to apologize to Clint as I couldn't afford him the infinite attempts he required to fix the dishwasher. Perhaps it is easier to accuse someone of lying than to face the fact you couldn't earn the money you now have. So, Mr. Appliance has my $300, time missed from work and if that sits well with them so be it. If you are considering this repair company and your repair goes smoothly, I am sure they are fine. I just hope your repair goes smoothly or you have all the time in the world.
