Hometelligent Inc

Hi all. When I needed repairs to my house I called Silvio Dobrovat of Hometelligent Inc. to replace my windows. I was very pleased with the results. I had Silvio and his crew paint the interior of the house. Later they removed the old wood siding, put in new insulation, installed new siding and painted the exterior. the work was excellent inside and out. Also the wood on my back porch was old and rotten so I had them build a new deck and stain it. It is beautiful. Silvio and his crew were always very pleasant, informative, and helpful. They kept the construction site as neat and as clean as possible. I am very pleased with all of the work done by Hometelligent, and I would recommend them to anybody needing work done on their home.

Silvio and his team are fantastic. We have worked with them on two project over the course of several years - they remolded our basement and most recently our kitchen. Silvio is exceptionally professional, timely, and fair. HE also has great aesthetic taste; he has made suggestions to improve our house that our architect hasn't even thought about. We implemented many of them and haven't regretted any. His crew is friendly, respectful and hard working. I highly recommend them.

We had a large arbor where, after 22 years, the support posts had rotted. We called Silvio to get an estimate as his company had done out kitchen remodel several years ago and we were extremely satisfied with the work. We sellected hometelligent although their bid was not the lowest we received. Although we ran into unforseen difficulties in resetting the support posts, Silvio's team stuck with it, and the job was completed way beyond our satisfaction. Because of the dificulties, both of us renegotiated the final price in a friendly, professional and fair manner. Every day when my wife and I look at the rebuilt arbor we are thankful that we hired hometelligent.

Hometelligent did a complete gut and remodel of the fairly large kitchen in our 1920 bungalow, including some structural work, electrical upgrades, adding insulation, and the re-stuccoing of our back exterior wall. Their quality of work was very good, especially the drywall plastering and stuccoing, and their advice regarding structural support issues and design were also very good. They were cooperative re special requests (for example, placement of separate electrical circuits so that we could operate two heat-generating appliances at the same time) and staying within our budget to the extent possible, and honest in their estimates and charges for extra work. We especially appreciated their working with us to allow us to coordinate our doing some of the work ourselves to save money, and keeping the place quite clean, given the size of the job and the fact that we were living in the house while the work was being done. When there were some errors (none major), they fixed them promptly upon request without a hassle. We chose all of the finish materials ourselves, which were somewhat different from what Silvio would have recommended, but they agreed to and accommodated our requests and the place has come out beautiful.
