If I could give one less star I would. They were assigned by my warranty company. They came in, told me they didn’t have enough time to look at everything properly. Said they would schedule a time to come back and look at the problem. Took the service fee from the insurance company, lied to my insurance company saying found an issue that wasn’t covered so they don’t have to come back and left.

A very frustrating customer service experience. We had scheduled and confirmed service for a Friday; however, they told us on that Friday am that we had not confirmed the appointment. The odd part we had an email confirming our time from 8-5. I followed up with email and they said yes 8-5, but never showed and then said we had not confirmed and moved us out a week. This was for an essential home outlet issue. The good news is we found another provider and they did a great job. I agree with other reviewers, avoid Complete Companies at all cost. If you are assigned them via a Home Warranty provider, immediately request a different provider. I am amazed they are still in business.

My Warranty company sent out Complete Companies to look at our ceiling fans. My fans are old and call me nostalgic but I did not want them replaced, but was afraid they would need to be replaced. The guy they sent Chris looked at my fans, and informed me that he could actually repair them but the parts would need to be found. I then heard from their office that they found some sort of company that carries the old parts and were able to get the parts for us. Another guy came back to fix the issue and he was such a sweet young man. My fans are fixed and they could not have been nicer. I would highly recommend them.

My home warranty company assigned Complete Companies Inc. as the contractor to repair several leaking pipes in my garage. I received a call one week later scheduling a technician to come to my home. This was rescheduled by Complete Companies 4 different times and after a MONTH of pipes leaking all over my garage, a technician showed up to "assess" the situation. he stated he would have to order parts and come back to do the repairs. One week later and after many unanswered calls to Complete Companies, they informed me no carts were even ordered and that they would call back that day with an update. After no calls from them over the next two days and leaving over 15 voicemails, I gave up and requested that my warranty company assign a new contractor. The new contractor called and my repairs were completed within two business days. never use this company! Customer service is terrible! They are the most rude, unreliable, unprofessional company I have ever dealt with!! Would give zero Stars if that was an option.
