Specialty Inspections is a chimney service contractor based in Pleasanton. They have been offering fireplace starter repair, fireplace repair, chimney construction, and chimney inspection for over 1 decade. In January 2013, a property owner hired Specialty Inspections to do a decking project using a permit received from the city of Pleasanton. They finished a deck project in March 2012 in the Sequoyah neighborhood using a permit acquired from the city of Oakland,Building Services Division. The United States Environmental Protection Agency has accredited Specialty Inspections.
