I had fertilizer service and that was good

I came home one afternoon and observed a Geronimo employee washing off his equipment using my garden hose. When I confronted him, he became belligerent and called me “cheap” for 30 seconds of water usage. I told him, “That’s not the point. Ask for permission first.” As he left, he sarcastically exclaimed to me and in front of my neighbors he “will ask for permission next time.” A day later I noticed a large burnt out section of my grass where he had been washing his equipment. I took several pictures. I then contacted Geronimo Lawn Services and spoke to the owner. He said, “It’s no big deal”, and refused to come out and look at the problem. I have used their fertilizer program for thirty years and I am now done with them. How rude can they be to such a loyal customer.

Terrible company. No customer service. Darrell is rude and even hung up on me when I called to say my neighbor did not appreciate them spilling gas on his lawn when filling weed whipper. They consistently missed spots on the lawn and didn't whip areas where the mower would not fit. When I tried to speak to Darrell about these issues, he just said this was my last cut and refused to have a civil conversation and walked away. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Geronimo Lawn Service was awful! We paid for snow removal service for the winter up front and they never plowed our driveway. I called and asked for our money back and the owner laughed at us and said "you're not getting a refund." SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! A perfect example of an unethical company - it truly felt like theft. Do not use them if you are looking for quality service.
