A Touch of Class LLC

In July, we paid for a project to be done that we were told would take 2-3 weeks, max. He started in August and we just ended week 16 and he is still not done. He says he will be there on a certain time of a certain day then will either show up for only a couple hours or he will just not show up at all. Then when he doesn't show up, he won't respond to text messages or phone calls for days and even a week+ sometimes. He has promised to be done so many times and disappointed us every time. His work is not high quality. He has grouted our shower twice now and it is still missing grout in many spots. He has left our house a mess with his tools and garbage on a daily basis. He is full of excuses instead of taking accountability and being a "classy" businessman. We have literally begged him to come get the job finished, to no avail. We have now filed a complaint with the State of Idaho Bureau of Occupational Licenses against his contractors license and are having to pay someone else to come in and finish the job that he has already been paid in full for. I saw another review with similar experiences about being put on the back burner and ignored so I encourage anyone considering A Touch of Class to reconsider. Don't get stuck in his rouse.
