I guess this company partners with CRST and Lowe’s to install appliances. CRST gives a window of 8am-4:59pm. The installer was a no show last week. Today I was left a message to call a number for a window of time for the installation of a dishwasher. The woman who answered the call was rude, but gave me a window of 2-6pm. I called back at 2:30 to ask for an update since I need to leave for work by 6:15 (night nurse). Same woman said the installer will call you when they are 30 minutes away and if I needed to reschedule to call Lowe’s. No help whatsoever. What would it take for her to call the installer for an update? So it’s now 4:58 and no call from the installer. What has happened to customer service? I’ve been waiting since April to get a dishwasher from Lowe’s and their delivery and installation partners that isn’t damaged.

Double the price for a simple water heater install.
