Megan Gover Kearns is a registered interior designer with over 9 years of experience in the design field. She grew up in Dallas, Texas and graduated magna cum laude from Texas Christian University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and a minor in Lighting for Visual Presentation. Upon graduation, she began working full-time for HKS, Inc., an international architecture firm. She became a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional in 2008 and a registered interior designer in the State of Texas in 2009 after sitting for the strenuous National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) examination. She is active in the International Interior Design Association and a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society. In 2011, she started her own firm, MGK Interiors, LLC, specializing in commercial and residential design. She lives with her husband, Lance, and her black lab, Tank, in Poland, Ohio.
