Carrijo Tile and Marble corporation

Nightmare - There are numerous flooring instllers in South Florida, do not risk working with Fernando and Carrijo Tile and Marblw. We like most families were excited to replace our existing floors. We talked about it for years before we actually did. Well Fernando and carrijo tile and marble ruined the experience. The flooring Fernando and carrijo tile and marble installed had to be ripped out and installed again by another company. Please see attached pics showing just a few of the issues. We had aprox 1,000 sq ft of flooring installed, 800 sq ft had to be removed as Fernando and his team do not know what they are doing. Fernando the owner admitted he and his company messed up our brand new floors but refused to fix the issue or refund us the cost to repair. We had to pay another company to remove the floors Fernando installed. We had to buy new flooring to replace the floor Fernando installed improperly. We have to hire and pay to have the floors installed again. Once he finished our job it took Fernando over two weeks and numerous calls to come back and look at the issues. He even blew me off and was a no show on one of the agreed upon times to meet. No call, text or warning. He stated he was too busy that WEEK to come back and look at the issues. We have given Fernando numerous opportunities to resolve the issues but he does not answer or reply to requests anymore. We are now having to hire an attorney and file a law suit against his company.
