Southern Coatings owner Scott Biederman did my commercial renovation on 2 buildings in Gainesville fl. in the year 2015 at $70,000 cost. Within 1 year blisters formed over 80% of roof. regardless of his 15 year warranty, Scott and company refuses to fix the problem. BEWARE , HES A GREAT GUY WHILE SOLICITING FOR THE JOB, AN ENTIRE DIFFERENT MAN , IF AN ISSUE OCCURS. feel free to call me , i would hate to have this happen to anyone else . In the end all warranties are only as good as the character of the owner. Feel free to call me before you make the mistake i did. This is the 3rd foam roof i have done and i should have stayed with my initial roofing contractor who delivered a great roof rather than fall for salesmanship. CALL ME (954-575-8070) ask for Bruce
