  | Armstrong exterior facelift | Jan 2014 | the house had old vinyl siding with bad hail damage, customer went and bought hardy plank siding to replace the vinyl. we removed the vinyl and installed the hardy plank. hardy plank is 16" x 48" with a reveal of only 7" it takes a lot of work with little coverage resulting in the customer paying more for material and labor. each piece was screwed on with 4 deck screws per piece. after installation we caulked the edges, windows and doors then prepped for paint. ( you have to paint hardy plank within 180 days or you will not get your warranty) we painted the dormers red and the body totally topue. now we are installing savanna wicker soffit and facia. we also poured a new driveway and front steps out of concrete. | $15k | Fairfax, OK |
