In 2019 I had Mr. Bid do my bathroom I just don’t want people having to deal with them because the process of workin with these people turned into an ongoing nightmare. I was told when I signed the contract that they were going to “order ALL the materials before they started on my bathroom so they could just get to work and get it done” which took a month, and they didn’t even order enough tile for the shower, (do you not own a tape measure???) What I was told was going to take 2-3 weeks began at the beginning of August and finally ended at the end of October! And then There was the day when I came home from work and found my front door was left WIDE OPEN, the main door not even being closed much less locked!!! And when the light that they installed literally fell out of my ceiling they ACCUSED ME of going up on a ladder and pulling it out myself!!! WTH??? I have now been trying to get them in to repair a crack in my ceiling, I texted several times to no response. I called And was told he could send a painter now, but I would have to forgo the rest of my warranty which was still two months away?? WHY??? He refused to fix it, the crack is still not repaired and the warranty is now expired! What a nightmare it has been working with this company, I DO NOT recommend them to do work in your home! The crack is still in my ceiling!!

Don't deliver on their promises.

Back in October of 2015 my husband and I were on vacation. After returning home, we found a water pipe had burst in our upstairs bathroom and had been running for probably a week. Our house was flooded. We called a local company to come out to help. After a few days of zero return phone calls and very little help. We ended up being referred to a company called Mr. Bid. Mr. Bid himself actually came out to our home with in a few hours. My husband and I both knew immediately that he knew what he was doing and we felt comfortable that he would take care of us. He worked with our insurance company to ensure that they covered everything they were supposed to. There were lots of items they missed, but Mr. Bid made sure that things were done right. This was a very stressful time for our family. We sincerely do not know what we would of done with out this company. Their entire staff was professional and so kind to us. They worked night and day to get us back in our home quickly. Our home today is beautiful and it is wholeheartedly because of their help, professionalism and commitment to our family. I would recommend them to anyone needing a good quality company that still cares!
