Catalyst Management Group L.L.C. (CMG) was founded in the year 2000 with the objective of providing complete construction and development solutions to clients in Michigan. CMG began as a residential builder, and proceeded to grow successfully into construction management for commercial projects. A unique and professional team of engineers, industry professionals, and tradesmen were assembled to give birth to a new millennium construction firm. CMG provides a diverse and skilled labor force for both small and mid-sized projects. CMG is a collective bargaining signatory, enabling prevailing wage laborers when called for. Since its origin, Catalyst Management Group has expanded its capabilities to include Geo Thermal Installers, Commercial Building Operator Certified Technicians, Demolition, Excavation, Weatherization, Green Energy Retrofits, and Property Management. These core skills are key in establishing concurrent Design/Build activities. In 2008 CMG qualified with unanimous approval by the Board of Directors of the Michigan Chapter of Associated General Contractors of America, as a Construction Associate.
