Just the facts...tree trimming was decent and they did the job hired for however the damaged they cause to the property and my neighbor's property was never repair or replaced. They denied the damage of the gutters to the garage and the shingle damage to the garage. The salesperson admitted to the damage of the gutter to the front side of the house but never repaired. The lawn was damage due to the triming of the tree branches. The vibration of the wood chipper in the driveway damaged the mortar and the glass block windows on the side of the house. Received rude text message with cursing to the customer...the company only returned to retrieve the ladder left on the property but not to finish the clean up or repair of the damage left by the work that was semi completed. I would recommend asking for a copy of the insurance the company has for their workers, take before and after pictures of your property(I found and have). Do not pay until all work is completed and all damages are repaired/replaced by the "insured" company! I was left to hire contractors to repair the damage that was left behind because the company denied the damaged they caused even after admitting to some of the damage that I pointed out to them.
