  | Interior Rental Painting -Rush Order | Jun 2016 | Over 1250sf of interior painting with 18' ceilings on the main level. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, stairway, and hallway were painted. The client had a tenant moving in the next day and needed a rush emergency service. realPRO was given job details the night before and was able to complete the job in 8 hours. We brought in two of our trained painters to assist. In addition, we coordinated painting with the handyman who was installing all new flooring at the same time. We worked beautifully together and the client was more than satisfied with the work completed. | $2k | Maple Grove, MN |
  | 150 year old basement finish | May 2015 | Client was selling home and needed to finish the basement for the least amount of money possible. Their goal was just to add square footage to the home. We dealt with uneven walls, uneven flooring, flooding, and electrical wiring from the mid-1900's. The home was built in 1860 so it was quite the project! We worked out a plan to fit their budget and were able to finish the basement with new flooring, walls, ceilings, lighting, and outlets. Electrical was completed by one of our pro-partners.
