Turn-Key CONTRACTORS LLC

We have been living in our house since April 2018. We moved in with finish work still needing to be done and that was very well communicated numerous times to David. I even out of good faith gave him $10k thinking maybe he just needed money to do the finish work, and still nothing. By February 2019 he finally responded back and was open about the fact they just got busy and he was fine letting us keep the other $10k that would have been paid out to him so we could finish the work. While this was an inconvenience due to the fact my husband and I both work full time, we accepted it and moved on. In addition to things that needed to be finished there have been issues since then. During the first month I had a cabinet door completely split and break and Trace his cabinet guy said we must have hit it hard (didn’t happen), so I fixed it myself. We had a water leak and drywall damage because the shower head was not mounted properly...I messaged David out of courtesy hoping he will take note to look at this work so it won’t happen to someone else. Never got a response. We fixed that. We just now took down an exhaust fan to replace because it sounded like a helicopter taking off and saw that is was 6.0 sones!!!! What the heck!?? Now, on top of that we also realized the exhaust fan didn’t vent anywhere... just humidified air sitting under our floor. We will be fixing that. When I was cleaning out our gutters I noticed huge sections are holding water because they weren’t put up correctly. We will be fixing. So on top of all the finish work we had to address we also had to go back and correct shotty work. It is really disappointing that my husband and I had dreamed and planned about this house for years and worked hard to pay for it just for someone to come and overpromise and underdeliver. If you are having a house built by Turn Key Contractors check every inch of your home while they are building. On a positive note, the tile and stone guys did good work. Good luck. 👍

Horrible service after the build. Months to resolve problems that are covered by home warranty and things are still going wrong with the house. We have only been in this house 2 years and bad workmanship and installation has already caused some major work to have to be redone. We never got some of our warranty work done.
