They were sent to my house by the warranty company. Tech did a full scope and determined compressor was bad and Freon level good. A couple days later they sent another tech out while no one was home and claimed the coil is bad and no/low Freon. This damage was caused by them as the first tech noted no damage other than bad compressor. John the service manager sent the second tech out as he told me he doesn’t trust the first one. Now he has threatened to file harassment charges on me for calling and asking when they intend to fix the damage that they caused. All John has done is change his story first story didn’t trust tech, second story gauges read differently on a furnished house rather than a empty house, third story the unit was under 8’ of water. Not once has he stepped up to make it right. He is in extreme denial. Do not use this place.
