I am very saddened by how this company conducts business to customers that spend nearly $2000 on services. Heres a overview of my horrifying experience. 1. "We Offer Flat Rate Pricing Text Titanz Plumbing & Air Conditioning uses a flat rate pricing policy for our projects. We do not believe in hourly rates, over time charges, or weekend fees." This is not true. They came and did a drain repair and charged me an additional $100 claiming the cement was "to hard to break" whatever that means. This is complete fraud to lie to the public in this manner. 2. I got scammed for another $500 on my third purchase. They came to my house immediately tore apart my floor and then said "oh wait there isnt a leak in the foundation its just on top of the pipe" Funny how they acted like they did me a favor coming to my home and ruining my floor and charging me $700 to put a $10 part on my sink. 3. I called and Tim the "Quality Control Manager" claimed I didnt pay them to diagnose the problem. He proceeded to mock me, laugh at me and threaten me saying "You can come see me in person" Summary: This company has thousands of dollars to spend on marketing and will exploit there customers as long as they keep making money to pay google to remove there bad reviews. I have proceeded to file a complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation Better Business Bureau Federal Trade Commission and The Inspector General. If this company has scammed you and tried to mock or intimidate you know your rights as a consumer.
