That Old Guy That Does Stuff

Ken and Troy (assistant) came to our home today to install a medical home stair lift for a disabled family member. We were desperate for help as the 3 boxes with our stair lift were delivered 2 months earlier with no prospects of a skilled installer being able to be available anytime in the near future as there was a Hurricane 3 months earlier in August in our surrounding area. Ken and Troy drove 3+ hours one-way to install our stair lift on a Saturday. We are so grateful for their professionalism and skill in fitting everything together and installing a safe workable solution for our loved one. They made sure that we were knowledgeable about the operation of our new product before they left us to drive home. Thank you Ken and Troy we will never forget your kindness and concern for us.
