The is company did not show up in their appointed time frame. They called with some weak excuse and rescheduled but didn't show up again. They left us stranded without our refrigerator fixed. They said they called but when we didn't answer went to their office instead of here where we were waiting all day. At 2 pm it was to late for them to come and fix it. I called someone else. A plus had the nerve to call the next day to reschedule again. I was glad to say, no.

The services was simply horrible. The came right before thanksgiving rig up my fridge so it would work. Then when the new part came in they would replace . The problem was it didnt come in for 3 months. In that time i never got up dates unless i called and complained. then they final came and fixed the fridge and I told them I would like to have something else fixed but he didnt have time and he was going to tell the office to me and set up another 50 dollar appointment. but its been 3 weeks and no one called. So in conclusion if you want service dont call them.
