The Home Exam Inc.

The incompetence of this business cost me $750 (minimum). They failed to identify the rotted side door of the garage. The base of the door was in a pool of water for what must have been months if not years. If they had properly inspected the home, it was obvious the door frame itself had been repaired at lease once in the past. The metal threshold plate was missing entirely!!!
