Unprofessional and zero customer service skills. Landlord called for him to be dispatched out and diagnose a leak in the plumbing. I tried to schedule a date/time for a dispatch to investigate and resolve. He turns around asking me for photos of a job he has already taken. I explained that these could be provided, but id like to set a date/time. He proceeds to choose words which essentially tell me to f off. If you want to hire a plumber who cares about providing good service and acts professionally do not call Preston Plumbing.

Preston has been one of our regular vendors for the past several years. He is always prompt, reliable and professional and I would recommend him in an instant. We deal with a lot of contractors and Preston Plumbing is one of the best!!

Preston is "Always on time" get in there and does his job. He is very good at what he does. He knows his trade, and gets the job done right. He cleans up after himself, and takes time to make sure you are happy. He is one that I would go to, and one that always confess to mind when asked if I know a plumber!
