Finish drywall @ kitchen nook Move electrical at nook Add electrical @ nook Add extra light at nook Add electrical for microwave/hood Cap electrical @ double oven in attic/crawl. Remove all trim. Remove flooring. Install new 6 prefinished Cannon Beach Solid 3 1/2 by 3/4 Country wood floor. 16 by 12. Reinstall trim. Prep for paint. Demo existing counters for new countertops. Install new counters. Fabricate & install 3cm Pental Quartz Coastal Grey in kitchen - no splash 1 Undermount sink cutout & installation Large radius Eased edge Kitchen backsplash. Pental Metal Tech Grigio Satin. Muretto 12 by 21 sheets. Note sure yet what client would prefer on how to finish the exposed edges on backsplash Install sink provided. Install faucet provided. 30 range to be installed. (provided by customer) 3 fillers on left and right for range. 1 on left and right for micro/hood. **SAVE ALL PULLS. Remove dont reinstall. Marvel Field Matte 2 Calacatta 8 by 15. Reinstall trim. Prep for paint **Note from client. The size of the border tile in the entry changes to 6"x18" cut from 18"x18" Pental Focus grafite field tiles. Threshold at din room and entry to be width of baseboard if possible. No threshold at hall and entry, border adjacent to wood. The entry floor tiles remain the same 18"x18" tiles on point cut from 18"x36" Pental Marvel Calacatta extra. Recaulk all trim work. Prime all trim work to check for dings and ensure adhesion. Examine all trim for dings. Fill w/ spackle. Sand. Spray top coat. Color matched to cabinets in kitchen. Walls up to 4 colors. Client to select. Parker Paint. Ceilings flat white. Parker paint. Paint garage one color. Parker Paint. Kitchen Cabinets: Remove all doors/drawers and set up paint booth. (plastic curtains and drops) Prep kitchen for painting. Spray doors/drawers/boxes. 1. Sand all surfaces, clean. 2. Prime all surfaces. 3. check for dings/fill. 4. Prime all surfaces. Sand/clean 5. Spray all doors/drawers and boxes with an oil based fine millwork paint. (not painting inside the boxes, just the faces. Touchup paint. Install doors/drawers. New knobs/pulls. (client to provide all knobs/pulls) Misc: Remove all ceiling fans. Drywall. Mud/tape/finish Replace all light bulbs Remove all cornices. Mud/finish. Remove all hearth tile. Reinstall with new. Hearth tile in living room to match entry border matte grafite Remove all phone jacks in the home. Drywall. Mud/tape/finish Move thermostat Drywall repairs: Smooth finish all existing drywall.
