AFFORDABLE CLEANING SOLUTIONS

I had this company come out to do a cleaning. Won't do it again! They sent a woman that was cleaning residential for first time, she did only their air Bnb's. So she comes in with a tote of rags and some spray cleaners. She had no broom, had to use mine. Did not have a clue how to clean or chemicals to use. The lady used Fantastik to clean everything, even the shower doors!!! She was unable to get the shower doors cleaned from hard water, just smeared it worse. Once she was done I walked the house and my socks were sticking everywhere I walked. She never cleaned bathroom down. Behind toilet was full of dust and dirt, shower door track filthy. So next step is to call it in. I believe in trying to resolve something and let someone know when they mess something up so they don't repeat it. The owner, Michael got immediately abrasive with me, and kept saying "in her defense"! I told him about floors sticky "well, that does happen on tile and laminate sometimes when they mop them." Then the shower doors, because he told me that toilet bowl cleaner cleans the hard water so I told her to use that. "well, in her defense, she doesn't know about that trick, she is new to residential!" Ok, so she just told me that she got them "best she can". He was ok with that. She refused to use paper towels when I offered, just insisted on using a wet microfiber cloth, complaining that when you have a cat, hair sticks everywhere. What does that have to do with the shower doors? lol So finally this Michael guy tells me that most cleaners do the job 50% on the first round out and learn from there, and hopefully by next job it's 80% and so on. But the customer has to pay the full price for a 50% job? So he sends SAME inexperienced woman next day. She came out with bottle of Fantastik in hand, same cruddy mop and another microfiber rag!! That was IT. I gave her windex and paper towels, she still refused and could not get film off doors, smeared it worse. She tells me that she tried but would get it better on next visit in 2 weeks. So I insisted she use my steamer to re-clean the floors and she did a quick overmop, but only in walking areas. Under kitchen table dust was sticking now to the floor, still unclean. Never even touched the fan to re-clean. First time I tried to give her a swiffer duster and she refused saying she only uses her microfiber cloths. So much dust on fan, all she did was smear dust across top and bottom of blades, again using the "well cat hair gets everywhere" saga. Two times, both really bad service, so I text owner to cancel in future. NO response back, like he didn't care. I sent him the photos of the doors and all. He has the NERVE to send same woman out for the 2 week clean like I never canceled! I sent her packing. Texted him AGAIN, asking to leave me alone, I called and left messages, went on FB and sent PM. So yesterday I get ANOTHER confirmation message that they were coming out today. So I had enough. I put my honest review up on FB and I got a message back today from the owner literally threatening me for harassment saying he's going to get me reported. What are reviews for if you can't handle the truth? Take them down on your site then! He said to call him "if I was a real woman"! Then used "F" every other word, constantly talking above me. I finally had to hang up on him and block him. Very POOR service, ZERO customer service and not worth what they charge. I have an 850sf house with a bedroom closed off...$90 to clean the floors in kitchen, one BR and living room, clean bathroom, shower and one ceiling fan. NOTHING else. I should have had a spectacular job for that. Lesson learned, I'll go by personal referrals in future. When I told him I was going to let people know, he told me "Make sure you tell them it's Affordable Cleaning SOLUTIONS. Don't get it wrong!" then laughed. A real professional!
