Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. With over 20 years of experience in the building industry, our company is based on honesty and integrity. We will work hard to earn your trust every day. Large portfolio of Plans to customize Over the years, Paradise Homes has amassed an eclectic portfolio of floor plans, having designed and built a multitude of custom homes. For those clients who choose to start from scratch, Paradise Homes will seat you with our in-house architect and draft plans to meet all your specifications and expectations, while embracing its commitment to "Green Building" and its use of products and materials made in the USA. Customer Service is the Key According to Karen Gordon, President of Paradise Homes, customer service is what separates and elevates Paradise Homes above all of its competition. "Our biggest advantage is in listening to what the client wants as opposed to telling the client what comes standard with the house as well as what minor changes or upgrades can be done. We'll take whatever time is needed to obtain the results the client expects Paradise Homes has been known to work with its clients for up to two months before going to contract. Paradise Homes will work with the client and its architect making design changes while keeping the house within budget. Sales representatives spend many hours face to face with their clients. They will individualize the home from room to room, extending a wall and enlarging a room, creating the kitchen, choosing bathroom tiles and sizing rooms to fit furniture. We pride ourselves on our exceptional space-planning ability. When necessary, we will make a smaller room seem larger. We'll meet whenever and wherever needed Besides meeting with clients during regular business hours, sales reps meet with clients during evening hours. Meetings are held in Paradise Homes' sales center, construction office, and many times in the client's office or home. "We adjust our schedules to conform to our client's schedule," Karen said. "We take calls and emails at off hours and exchange thoughts and ideas with our clients. We hold our client's hand from our first contact and never let go, even after the warranty period has expired." Karen will meet with each individual client to review their floor plans with them. She loves placing extra input into people's plans to help them individualize their home. She makes certain that the client understands the whole process that they are embarking on ensuring that there are no surprises.

Paradise Nightmare! Rippled roof, warped doors, outdoor equipment pad poured too small, no walk thru or punch list, construction debris dropped and buried in front yard, over charges, up charges, Can't pull car in garage due to pavers put incorrectly-no radius, flooring that has gaps that does not meet the baseboards, electrical issues, concrete spills, doors not sealed properly, unrealistic allowances,? no ramps put in for handicap assessability, tub put in backwards and there is chips in it, the list goes on and on and on and on..........Poor quality built house and shoddy workmanship! The cost to correct and repair is astronomical! She is not a custom builder! She outsources everything. Money hungry and only cares about getting her bank draw!!!! This house should of been called the a la Carte house! RUN from this builder don't WALK! Pictures are very powerful, they help verify the truth!

Empty Promises. Be AWARE !!! Do not make a mistake by using this builder. If I listened to my wife from the start, I would never have used them to build my home. They are incompetent, unreliable and incapable of building a dog shed. They sub-contract all the work. They do nothing them selves. The so called super intendant that over sees the project does not know how to use a tape measure, level, hammer or a plum line. The project took 2 years and thats with me correcting mistake after mistake and pushing them to finish. They constently wanted there next bank payment. At the end I just had to give up because I needed to move in with many thing unfinished. They promised to finish and they lied. Once they have all you money, don't expect them to ever do anything. They blow you off endlessly with empty promises until you just finally give up. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Paradise Home Group located in Port St. Lucie
