Bo Knows Pest Control

It is very disappointing when you use a local business rather than the big commercial companies. After Bo's being recommended by several neighbors, we discussed our needs with Bo's and we were assured Bo's could do the job. After we paid an additional fee for a return application and a guarantee to control the Millipedes, The applications of products did absolutely nothing. 2 different Tech's had two different opinions as to what needed to be done and neither worked. I learned of a common product readily available at Hardware store and I applied the product. The Millipedes died by the hundreds within 24 hours and continue to die. I called, expressed disappointment withe the service and ask for a reasonable amount of money to be returned to me due to Bo's failure to do what they said they could do. Owner was to call when back in town, and did not call. I called again and was told message was not relayed as it should have been but it would be done and owner would call. One week later and no call. I will let my neighbors know how this has turned out and never recommend Bo Knows Pest Control. The office staff were very Plesant and attempted to help. Tech's need more training on what and how to use products and proper tools to work with. As well as better customer service in my opinion.
