Iceman Service and Repair is always Honest,dependable,an knows the job .This company is the best to have service from,if people are not happy with their,it is because they want free service from iceman,I highly recommend this company for everything all day.

1/14/2018 If I could give only one star to that mediocre company, I would. On October 2017, unfortunately I got to know that company through the warranty company called First Choice. Since the compressor and the coils were not covered, I decided to hire Iceman privately which came to do the job. Bryan agreed to wave the first visit fee for $45.00 but failed to mail me the check for $45.00 for already more than 2 months. After one month, he mentioned to me that he was on vacation. I am asking you what I should be involved with his time off, right? A real professional won’t ever give such non-sense excuse to customers. Iceman has a long way to go to learn how to du business. Multiple times I emailed and texted and nothing was done about it. Iceman is too busy with almost no staff at all to respond to customers under regular minimum time frame requests and inquiries. Once the company got the money for the repair, nothing else is important for them. Bryan, CEO, wants always to be paid in front for the whole amount of the repair but when it comes to refund or do something else, the company has never that time. Yes Bryan had always the right time to be on the phone taking the order and $I but to return to the customer to perform an agreed transaction in favor of the customer, NEVER. I won't recommend Iceman Service and Repair to anyone. If the company has not time to either return phone calls/texts/emails or cut a check, this is not a good company to deal with. I decided to dispute it with my credit card company. My next step now is lodging a complaint with Better Business Bureau and First Choice. For $45.00, Bryan and its company will lose much more. This is to show to that company that I am not the kind of person to let it go. Enough is enough!
