Cabinet connection and Jimmy were absolutely amazing and made the experience of selecting and installing new cabinets in my kitchen and bathrooms so seamless. They are great to speak with and email, took their time and answered all of my questions and just made us feel at ease during to whole process from beginning to end. I can NOT wait to contact them for the laundry room transformation next. Thank you for the amazing customer service and job in my house. I cannot be happier of the way everything turned out and I look forward to doing more business with you soon!!! It’s refreshing to know there are still good companies out there who pride themselves on their work and amazing customer service. Thank you thank you!!

In March of 2019 my wife and I engaged a builder to construct to a home in Fort Pierce. Their only offering for kitchen cabinets was a dark cherry design which was a standard package they procured from Cabinet Connections that we didn't like. They offered a partial credit for cabinets and directed us to Cabinet Connections to chose our preferred cabinets. We settled on a light off white set and were assured that this request would be documented, placed in a file folder and override the builders standard dark cherry cabinets, we then returned to Connecticut. Towards end of construction in March of 2020 we received a video from sales associate who we made home purchasing agreement with showing us that cabinets in kitchen, master bath and second bathroom had been installed including granite counter tops. We were totally shocked, the cabinets that were installed were the DARK CHERRY CABINETS along with all counter tops. I immediately contacted sales associate and informed her of the mistake. It appears that Cabinet Connections did not remove contractors original cabinet package from their altered file and it got sent to contractor in lieu of our revised choice for lighter cabinets. This meant that Cabinet Connections had to completely remove granite counter tops and cabinets in kitchen, vanity tops and cabinets in master bath, and second bathroom then replace with the correct cabinets and reinstall granite and vanity tops. This was a huge mistake for Cabinet Connections in such that they had no checks and balances in place to confirm orders were correct before being released to construction trades. Even though this was a very serious situation it did not end here. In June of 2020 we had to return to Florida to complete closing on property, staying for three weeks. During this time I noticed one draw front in kitchen island was short on the width by 1/4”. Upon further inspection when opening drawer it would run off side rails. It appears that drawer front was inadvertently made too short on width and by doing so when it was placed in a jig to drill holes for rails they were closer together than they should have been. This in itself would not have been a big deal to replace drawer front but someone tried to cover it up. They had to modify drawer bottom on a taper to accommodate the narrower miss drilled holes and installed it anyway. There was definitely no final inspection after installation. Called Cabinet Connections to report this issue and a representative named Jimmy was dispatched to review my concerns. Tried to explain the problem and he was very dismissive and would not allow me to fully explain myself. After awhile I finally requested that a new draw be provided however we were leaving to go back to Connecticut and would have to wait until early part of 2021 to have it delivered, I would call and let him know when. Arrived back in Florida in early March of 2021 and called to inform Cabinet Connections that we were back and ready for drawer. Said they lost it and needed to get a replacement. Contacted a few weeks later and spoke with a sales person and tried to convey my issue and she kept interrupting me to which I got upset and she finally transferred me to Jimmy. When Jimmy answered phone I provided him my name and he stated “oh your that irate person”. I then proceeded to ask him about drawer status and he still hasn't got replacement. After this ordeal I decided to look in greater detail at the rest of cabinets and found an issue with a tall pantry door. Noticed that on left door handle was mounted lower than right handle. When I removed handle I found two sets of holes as if someone was trying to correct an error, but couldn't and decided to install it anyway instead of replacing it. In light of this I decided to take the defective drawer and door to Cabinet Connections directly and so to speak “put it in their face” so they would have something in front of them to deal with and work on it and left them there. As of this writing 6/22/21 it has been about a month and a half with no communication as to status of my request for a replacement drawer and door and I have (2) holes in my kitchen. It is so frustrating that communication and customer service is disappearing from businesses nowadays, Cabinet Connections is a prime example of this attitude. They don't deserve to be in business because they truly have no respect for customers. Very Dissatisfied Customer Mike
