As someone else mentioned, if I could give zero stars, I would. Al was recommended by my realtor for full roof replacement. Not only did he outsource the work to a horribly rated roofing company, he excused their incomplete work. They literally broke into the property to use the electrical. Al seemed unfazed when I told him they broke in and turned on the main while the place was being rewired! He offered to install gutters as retribution but ended up charging me for them in the end. My advice, if you plan to hire Al Seng...DO NOT send your final payment until the work is 100% complete. Took over a month for him to finally complete my roof. I do not recommend Authentic Construction.

To start I wish that I could give 0 stars but 1 will do. I hired Al Seng (Authentic Construction) to redo my roof, soffit, fascia, and gutters. Started fine and but i noticed something was right when I didnt see permit in window an Al assured me that his roofer got it. Took me to call town hall to find out that permit was never issued due top roofer no longer being licenced, after my roof was already torn off. After that work proceeded to get done and once the majority of the work was done I brought some issues that needed to be addressed to Al and he said that he'd take care of them. After he did a half-ass job on those issues I noticed that there was a issue with how the gutters looked so I asked him if he could ask his roofer about them. Al pretty much told me to go f-myself that I could call his roofer myself and talk to him and threatened to put a lean on my house because I had not paid him the rest of what I owed him yet (even after I told him that I had the check and was ready to pay once everything was done correct.) Also, Al complained when I asked him if we could meet to go over some issues and that I should meet him, not to mention he wanted to meet at My work while I was working so that I could give him the check. He was complaining on driving to my house to go over some issues for a $15,000 job. There is so much more that I could go on about but this is long enough already. I would never ever recommend him to anyone.
