Tin Smith Mechanical

We have service through American Home Shield in which they appoint a vendor/contractor. I put a ticket in with AHS on a Sunday. The only service they could appoint us was Tin Smith Mechanical which was on a Tuesday. I made an appointment with Zach for that Friday. He called that Thursday evening and said he had an emergency job in Hobbs he needed to attend to. I understand from a business standpoint that businesses take priority so I rescheduled for the following Saturday. He told me he would be there at 10am sharp. He never showed. He never called to say I’m running behind or would be late. I tried calling him and would go straight to a voice message saying his voicemail had not been setup yet. I tried later that afternoon and was able to get it to ring, but he never picked up the phone. I reported to AHS that Sunday and we were finally able to hire another contractor of our own. They were not able to come out until 4 days out. Here it is 12 days later and finally have our A/C repaired. If it were possible, I wouldn't give this company any stars at all. Tin Smith Mechanical and Zach are definitely at the top of the DO NOT HIRE list!
