It was a rude awaking this morning at 7:30 to realize that there was something wrong with the garage door. It won't open and the cables were hanging on the sides of the garage door. I thought of calling the garage door company which I have used many times over the years but instead decided to Yelp, hoping of finding another company that would open their company earlier than 9 am and prehaps could come over this morning to repair the garage door so I can get my car out and leave the house for my doctor's appointment. Out of the three companies that I called, Ed with A Plus Gragarge Door picked up the phone right away and even agreed to squeeze me into his hectic morning schedule and to come by to fix the door before noon. As promised, Ed showed up shortly after 10 am and get to work right away. Ed replaced the spring, a ball bearing, adjusted the garage door and the chain, tightened and lubricated all the bolts and nuts, and corrected the garage door opener cover which was put on backward by the company I used before. Ed was patient, friendly, professional, thorough, easy to talk to, and absolutely know what he was doing. Well, I would even say he is a perfectionist. He took the time , almost an hour, to fine tune the garage door until it's working perfectly. When need help with my garage door again in the future, I am calling Ed.

Fast, quick callback, showed up in a few hours, efficient and fixed my garage door quickly! Also made helpful and proactive suggestion of making sure I had my key to unlock door manually in event of any power outage which had not even occurred to me before! Would definitely use them again.

Ed and Glen came out this morning to help figure out why my garage door is making so much noise. They arrived early, worked quickly, explained everything clearly and were very professional. They didn't try to sell me anything and even charged me less than I expected. I felt immediately that I could trust them and will be using them for all of my future garage door needs. There's a reason why this company has so many 5 star reviews, and I experienced it. Thanks Ed and Glen!!

Excellent Service, came on time and knowledgeable on what the problem was. The repair was completed within an hour for broken spring. He made recommendations as to what can be done for continue service.
