Owner was not present during installation and countertop bar was installed incorrectly. Owner came out to assess and provided solution both he and homeowner agreed on. He sent workers out and he wanted to grind metal brackets off (not what we agreed on) without insurance, or guarantee material wouldn't be damaged. I get that people make mistakes but apologize and make it right. Owner did not want to reinstall correctly bc the cost of the material is expensive. If it couldn't be installed correctly the first time they #1 shouldn't have taken on the work or #2 someone should have overseen the work to make sure it was done correctly the first time. Homeowner should not have to pay to correct bad installation after paying $2562 for fab/installation not including material.
