Had an appointment schedule almost a month out and the day of service no one shows. When I called I was told they would have to reschedule me for another 3 weeks out because they are busy. Too busy to make the original appointment and too busy to care. Do yourself a favor and buy some home defense from the store, works just as well and no BS to deal with.
