Nick replaced the upper deck on a 3 story house; installed a tongue and groove ceiling on a middle deck, including a rain runoff system. The entire project was well executed, materials to my expectation, his flawless fasteners added great stability and minimal to no movement between boards. A bonus is his personality and willingness to do a great job.
