DO NOT use this company or fall for this man Irakli. Its a scam, he’ll take the deposit and abscond once he gets your money. He also lied about his license. Made excuses for not scheduling contractors and kept us uninformed for 3 months. The company is owned by Irakli and his father and after calling the CCB board came to know about his scam business. He has scammed lot of people. I encourage anyone who has got ripped of their deposit to file a complaint against him. It’s a case a serial or patten scams.

Irakli Kakachai lost his license and he lied to us numerous times and contracted with us to do tile work and he did not start the job, then he worked two days of prep work and the work was substandard, he ruined a very expensive custom shower drain. We found out yesterday that he lost his license due to consumer complaints. We have paid him for tile and an under floor heating that he did not deliver. He ripped us off for $16,625 and he will not return our calls or texts. He was suppose to meet with my husband and our general contractor today to deliver the tile and heating mat, so that we could have a different contractor install it, and he did not show up. My husband called the tile store and the heating pad supplier and he never even ordered our materials- he just took our money and lied about it. He flooded some ladies bathroom that is one of the consumer complaints about him. He has held up our job by over 2 months, and he kept giving us excuses- but he never ordered the tile that we paid him for, so he never intended to complete our job!
