Complete home renovation. Broke up concrete in low head height basement to create a new laundry room and garage. A driveway was created along with retaining walls. New stairs were built access to the basement and to the newly finished attic. The attic was finished by building a bath dormer, moving and building some walls to create 2 bedrooms along with the bath. Complete renovation of main floor with a bath and kitchen remodel. In addition a box beam ceiling was added in the dining room. A new covered porch was built on the front of the home and a deck for entertaining was built on the back of the home.

Complete home renovation. Low head height in the basement required us to break up the concrete and dig out more soil to create livable space. We added 2 bedrooms in this new found space. The kitchen was small, closed off from most of the house with one small doorway. We opened it up, changed window locations and created a much more inviting kitchen. The living room was very small and we expand it by moving a wall. The dining room was upgraded by adding a box beam ceiling. In the upstairs you had to walk through one bedroom to get to the next. We closed off the first bedroom and added a closet. For the second bedroom we added a bath and an additional closet to create a master bedroom suite. The bath on the main floor was completely remodeled. Most of the wood windows in the home were replaced with new vinyl windows. The front porch flooring was replaced and all new siding installed on the garage.
