My name is Steve Gibson, founder and owner of Steve Gibson Construction Co Inc, a Portland home remodeling company. I started in the industry in 1975, building decks and doing framing on new homes. After two years, I started my own company by framing houses and building decks. I eventually expanded into remodeling. Steve Gibson Construction has remodeled more than 300 homes from small jobs under $8,000.00 to large jobs $350,000.00. These include bath remodels, large additions, and even complete kitchen remodeling in Portland, Oregon and the surrounding Portland metro area. We have built new homes in the range of $150,000.00 to $1,500,000.00 custom homes. We are a family owned and operated business in the state of Oregon for over 30 years, I have since been joined by my son Steve, who joined Steve Gibson Construction Co Inc. in 1996. In early 2000 I enrolled and completed my education and am proud to have become a certified master builder. Our award winning design service creates each project in BIM, or Building Information Modeling. This design process will allow us to not only design your project, but you will actually be able to see it in 3D as it will actually look when completed. This process has allowed our clients to look at every detail of the project and make decisions that are fact based. When the plans are complete, we will create a final budget and schedule that you can count on.
