SW Portland Artificial Turf | Jun 2016 | Phase 2 in a family friendly makeover. We turned a tired back yard into a modern retreat with an artificial turf soccer field as the center piece. | $65k | Portland, OR
West Linn Japanese Garden Renovation | Nov 2015 | Japanese garden in West Linn. This property had been neglected for years. We rehabilitated large portions of it, and completely redid others. A water feature, fire pit, enclosed garden area, and new entry were all part of this project. | $180k | West Linn, OR
Happy Valley Hardscape | Jan 2012 | The client wanted a main entry path that matched the house, which is very nice. We removed the boring concrete path and steps that were original to the house. A paver pathway with bluestone and boulders integrated was installed. The surrounding beds were updated with bamboo and flowering native shrubs. In the backyard the family needed a place to gather and entertain. After some significant grading we were able to create an outdoor kitchen, covered dining space, and fire pit. | $30k | Happy Valley, OR
Lake Oswego Courtyard | Jan 2011 | A portion of the landscape was redesigned and landscaped in harmony with the existing design. This courtyard revolves around a dry creek that flows towards the house. Boulder settings, Japanese blood grass, and shade loving native plantings complete this serene landscape. | $22k | Lake Oswego, OR
Lake Oswego Lake Front | Jan 2010 | This lake front house has a long narrow garden. The walkway and main entry were constructed of locally sourced stone. Native plant material was chosen for low maintenance and low water use. A high efficiency irrigation system and run off handling rain garden make this garden truly green. | $145k | Lake Oswego, OR |
