We had ceilings and walls painted in our dining room, living room, stairwell and hallways. ESP did an excellent job from the estimate, to the prep communication, to the actual painting, and the clean up. The crews were friendly, clean and worked hard. They completed the job in the time they said they would for the price they quoted, and it looks great! I won't wait 23 years to paint my interior walls again! Thank you to Jeff, Mallory, Adrian, Manuel and Carlos!

My husband and I recently purchased a house after living in a condo for 9 years. During that time, all we had to be concerned with was the interior of our unit so moving into a house where you have to handle everything, was overwhelming. Our realtor provided a list of contractors for various projects and ESP was one of the painters she recommended. Jeff and his team have been OUTSTANDING to work with. We initially contacted them for interior painting but they are also going to paint the outside as well. I highly recommend them and plan to keep them in the "rolodex" for future needs or referrals.

Right from the start this company set itself apart from the rest. Arrived on time to a scheduled estimate, had an ipad with him and was taking pictures and making notes, made a proposal on-site, and had me scheduled to have job started and completed in two days time. Was communicative and accessible by cell phone for all coordinating of and performing the job. Professional, helpful in guiding decision making and spent extra time assisting in DIY how-to so I could save money. Did a tremendous job with accent walls in three rooms, all Sherwin-Williams Duration Matte paint (awesome looking paint) included for over a grand less than other companies were charging. Only company I would call to paint something instead of doing it myself.

Jeff and his team have performed an outstanding work from the beginning to the end of this big project: great advice, punctuality, respect of the estimate. Reliable, trustworthy, clean, well organized, discreet, friendly, easy going with the other teams at work in the house. We highly recommend them !! Soon, we will entrust a new job to them. Contractor Kitchen Redo | Dec 2016 | A contractor friend wanted his kitchen repainted during a remodel. ESP Painting took down all the cabinet doors, stripped, and repainted them in the garage. We also stripped and stained the open rail system in this home. The railing and kitchen cabinets required precise work because of the design of the woodwork. | $11k | Lake Oswego, OR
1922 NE Portland Bungalow | Aug 2016 | We did extensive lead prep on this early 1920s house, scraping the siding and window trim. The homeowner wanted the exterior repainted, including the front and back doors and the front deck. Because this house was built in 1922, we did not want to take chances with having lead paint chips all over the yard, so we put down 3 millimeter plastic around the backyard. Our crews wore protective gear while scraping and cleaning up.We loved the homeowner's color choices! They go perfectly with the age and look of the home. The body of the house is Benjamin Moore Mount Saint Anne and the trim is Benjamin Moore Mascarpone. The door is Benjamin Moore Aztec Brick. Cost of materials was included in the estimate. | $6k | Portland, OR
NE Portland: Knot House | Aug 2016 | This client had knots in the siding all around the house. He wanted to fill in the holes to create a smooth finish on the backside of the house. We carefully filled every knot to fulfill the client's wishes. The cost listed is for one side of the house. | $4k | Portland, OR
Forest Heights Home | Jul 2016 | The homeowner requested a repaint on the exterior of this home. The house was so tall, our ladders couldn't reach the top! The crew had some creative ideas, but eventually we rented a lift. We matched the color of the shingles, trim, and railings, but changed the color of the main house to SW 2033. The house was powerwashed and then prepped by scraping, sanding, and priming areas where the paint was peeling. The crew applied new caulking to the gaps in the sides and caulked over deep nailheads. Next came masking and covering, doing the trim, the body of the house, and the front door. Finally we were done! | $17k | Portland, OR
Portland Outdoor Gazebo Staining | Mar 2015 | The ceiling of this outdoor living space was cleaned, sanded, and stained. The trim was painted white. All materials were included in the project price and it took 2 days. | $1k | Portland, OR
Southwest Portland Interior Repaint | Mar 2015 | The new owner wanted a fresh start for this hilltop home. We sanded, primed and painted over some bold murals and gave the entire house a facelift. The project included all paint and materials for the majority of the space of this 3-story house. | $6k | Portland, OR
Downtown Portland Oregon Interior Repaint | Mar 2015 | A complete interior repaint on a newly-purchased condo brought pops of color to an urban space. Colors featured in the photos are Behr's Songbird (blue), Vintage Orange and Mountain Mint. All materials such as paint, primer, tape and plastic are included in the cost. | $5k | Portland, OR
Hillsboro Exterior Partial Repaint | Feb 2015 | Due to weather, the front and one side of this house needed attention. We washed the house, scraped loose paint and caulked the seams. We then repainted the upper front, garage face and one side of the house including the trim and garage doors. All materials were included in the cost and the project took 3 days. | $3k | Hillsboro, OR
Lake Oswego Exterior Repaint | Oct 2014 | During a complete remodel inside and out, we repainted the exterior. We took special care to protect the landscaping from paint and damage before spraying the new color. The garage door was also replaced and stained with a door style that gave a nod to the home's original single garage door. | $9k | Lake Oswego, OR |
