Overton Apartments

Exterior Prep and Paint of two 1925 stucco buildings. Extensive years of wear and tear on an originally only primed building. The prep on the job included: Scraping of failed paint, epoxy injection in stucco, window sill replacements, glass pane replacement, soffit repairs, dry rot repair. We hand painted all items on building including the 85 windows. We used Sherwin-Williams Loxon XP on the masonry surfaces and Resilience satin on wood surfaces.
